GENERAL BILL by Criminal and Civil Justice Appropriations ; Transportation ; Criminal Justice ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Argenziano ; Crist
Department of Corrections [LPCC]; includes vehicles operated by DOC within term "authorized emergency vehicles" for purposes of Fla. Uniform Traffic Control Law; authorizes department to operate vehicles that have emergency lights & sirens; provides for funds in Employee Benefit Trust Fund to be used for certain additional purposes; authorizes court to issue notice to appear for certain violators, etc. Amends Ch. 316, 945.215,.21501, 948.06.
