CS/SB 1794: Probation [LPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Criminal Justice
Probation [LPCC]; authorizes court to issue notice to appear for certain violators; provides for use of notification letter of technical violation of term of probation or community control; authorizes court to allow submission of certain documents electronically or by facsimile; requires DOC to provide court with recommendations as to disposition by court & to conduct study & submit report, etc. Amends 948.06.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
