Election Procedures/Write-ins [LPCC]; requires any person seeking election as write-in candidate to state in writing his or her party affiliation; requires such candidates to pay filing fee, election assessment, & party assessment before certain deadline; requires such candidates to submit, before specified deadline, petitions containing specified number of signatures of voters registered in geographical area represented by office sought, etc. Amends FS.
