Carbon Monoxide Detectors [EPCC]; requires that certain public lodging establishments be equipped with carbon monoxide sensor devices; specifies approved types of devices; provides requirements for installation of such devices; requires that certain buildings constructed on or after specified date be equipped with carbon monoxide alarms; provides requirements for installation of such devices; requires Fla. Building Commission to adopt rules, etc. Amends Chs. 509, 553.
