CS/SB 1870: Florida Building Code [EPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Posey ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn
Florida Building Code [EPCC]; provides that internal design option of Florida Building Code remains in effect until specified date for building permit application made before that date, notwithstanding provisions of ch. 2007-1, Laws of Florida; provides effective date & for retroactive application; applies act to any actions taken re building permit affected by such prior act.
