SB 190: Sexual Offenders/Registration [LPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Crist
Sexual Offenders/Registration [LPCC]; provides that sexual offender who does not register with FDLE as required by law is subject to certain terms & conditions of probation; prohibits said offender from having contact with children if said offender does not register with FDLE. Amends 943.0435, 948.03.
