Workforce Services [EPCC]; amends specified provision re work activities for participants in temporary cash assistance program; revises definitions to conform to federal law governing work requirements; revises certain requirements for & duties of regional workforce boards re work requirements for program participants; amends certain provision re licensing standards; conforms cross-references, etc. Amends 445.024,.032, 402.305.
