GENERAL BILL by Posey
Reliable Electricity Enhancement Act [RPCC]; creates said act; provides that as of specified date placement of electric distribution facilities underground is industry standard for new distribution facilities; requires PSC to ensure that only minimum reasonable general & indirect costs associated with underground facilities are included as costs of said facilities for any purpose; encourages competition in providing utility construction services, etc. Creates 366.201-.208; amends 366.04.
