Legislative Session Dates [LPCC]; constitutional amendment to change date on which regular sessions of Legislature will convene (unless otherwise specified by law for even-numbered year) from first Tuesday after first Monday in March to first Tuesday after first Monday in June. Amends s. 3, Art. III; creates s. 27, Art. XII.
