Tribal-State Compacts/Gaming; designates Governor as official to negotiate tribal-state compacts; provides for ratification of tribal-state compacts by Legislature; provides for submission of tribal-state compact to Legislature & Secretary of State; provides for submission of tribal-state compact to Secretary of Interior.
