GENERAL BILL by Higher Education Appropriations ; Gaetz
Sales Tax/Postsecondary Bookstore [SPCC]; exempts payments to postsecondary educational institutions made by certain persons granted right to conduct bookstore operations by such institution; provides for retroactive application & for construction of such application. Amends 212.08.
