GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Health Regulation ; Peaden
Pharmacy [SPCC]; revises provisions governing licensure by endorsement to require certification that applicant holds doctor of pharmacy degree; provides for registration of pharmacy technicians; requires Board of Pharmacy to set fees & rules to register said technicians; requires board to maintain directory of technicians & publish directory on Internet; authorizes pharmacies to use automated pharmacy system located on its premises, etc. Amends Ch. 465. APPROPRIATION: $812,334.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
