GENERAL BILL by Ring

Stalking/Person 65 Years or Older [LPCC]; redefines certain terms & defines new terms re stalking; provides that person who willfully, maliciously, & repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks person 65 years of age or older commits offense of aggravated stalking, a felony of second degree; provides criminal penalties; provides for reclassification of criminal penalties for certain offenses; provides for civil cause of action & remedies, etc. Amends 784.048.
