Bright Futures Scholarship Program [SPCC]; authorizes student to use award from Bright futures Scholarship Program for enrollment in summer term; authorizes DOE to reserve student's award if it is possible for student to raise his or her grade point average during summer term. Amends 1009.53,.532.
