GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Funeral Establishments [EPCC]; requires that certain establishments within funeral industry in state be capable of operating their refrigeration equipment by using alternate power source for specified period by certain date; provides requirements re operation of such equipment following major disaster; requires newly constructed or substantially renovated establishments with funeral industry to be capable of operation using said source, etc. Creates 497.3801.
