GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Health Regulation ; Atwater ; Ring

Fla. Health Information Network Act [SPCC]; (THIS BILL COMBINES S2348 & S2582) creates Fla. Health Information Network Advisory Council within Executive Office of Governor; establishes duties of AHCA re development of electronic health information network; creates direct-support organization to assist AHCA; requires AHCA to prepare & submit to Efficient Government Council a business case analysis for implementation of statewide health information network, etc. Creates 408.064. APPROPRIATION.
