GENERAL BILL by Wilson

School Wellness & Physical Education Policies [SPCC]; revises each school district's requirement for reviewing its wellness & physical education policies; provides specific guidelines for school district's wellness & physical education policies re nutrition education, physical activity, school-based activities, & nutritional guidelines for food & beverages sold or served on campus; requires superintendent to report on school district's compliance to DOE, etc. Amends 1003.453.
