Physical Education/Students/External Defibrillator [SPCC]; requires Commissioner of Education to provide professional development in physical education; requires specified periods of said education for certain students; authorizes principals to designate instructional personnel to teach such education; requires State Board of Education to review & revise Sunshine State Standards re such education; requires public schools to have automated external defibrillator on school grounds, etc. Amends 1001.11, 1003.01,.455.
