Fla. Atlantic Univ./Sublease/Teaching Hospital [SPCC]; directs State Board of Education to approve agreement under which Fla. Atlantic University will sublease land for construction of community-university affiliated teaching hospital; provides finding of public purpose; provides for President or Chief Executive Officer of university to serve on hospital's board of directors; authorizes university to grant hospital option to purchase land subject to sublease.
