Department of Business & Professional Regulation [EPCC]; authorizes dept. to revoke or refuse to issue or renew person's certificate of registration as farm labor contractor if person has been convicted of certain felonies within any period; authorizes dept. to contract with certain vendors or enter into interagency agreements to collect electronic fingerprints of fingerprints are required for purposes of certification or licensure, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
