Aliens/Unauthorized Employment [EPCC]; requires denial of agricultural classification & assessment for specified time periods under circumstances involving employment of unauthorized aliens; provides additional civil penalty for employment of unauthorized aliens; requires information demonstrating compliance with federal work authorization program as condition of licensure, certification, or registration, etc. Amends 193.461, 448.09, 570.07; creates 559.7915.
