SB 2550: Prostitution [LPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Crist
Prostitution [LPCC]; provides penalties for certain violations committed within specified distance of certain locations; authorizes court to place person who is charged with prostitution into drug court treatment program; authorizes court to require that person successfully complete program as condition of probation; sets period of probation. Amends 796.07.
