Compounded Medicinal Drugs [SPCC]; revises definition; authorizes certain pharmacists to compound medicinal drugs to certain prescribers for in-office use of prescriber; authorizes pharmacist to dispense such compounded medicinal drugs to prescriber pursuant to certain minimum standards. Amends 465.003; creates 465.055.
