GENERAL BILL by Deutch
Public School Education [SPCC]; provides that public school choice options include academy programs in school district; requires DOE to develop plan for establishment of said programs in public schools; changes school grading system to school performance system; specifies school performance categories & basis for designating such categories; changes Florida School Recognition Program to Every Child Matters Program, etc. Amends Chs. 1002, 1003, 1008, 1011, 1001.42, 1012.2315.
