Hurricane Damage Mitigation Programs [RPCC]; transfers Fla. Comprehensive Hurricane Damage Mitigation Program from DFS to DCA; establishes Fla. Comprehensive Hurricane Damage Mitigation Sales Tax Exemption or Rebate Program in DCA; provides for requirements for wind certification & hurricane mitigation inspections; provides for additional exemption from sales & use tax for certain tangible personal property used in said mitigation retrofitting projects, etc. Amends Ch. 215, 212.08. APPROPRIATION: $3,000,000.
