School Board Policies for Addressing Crime [SPCC]; requires that district school board adopt policy of zero tolerance in addressing certain crimes & cases of victimization; provides that student found to have committed specified offense may be expelled, suspended, or referred to criminal justice or juvenile justice system; requires that district school superintendent consider expulsions or suspensions on case-by-case basis, etc. Amends 1006.13.
