GENERAL BILL by Justice ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano

School Districts/Service Learning [SPCC]; defines service learning & its components; requires each school district to adopt plan to provide multiple service learning opportunities for students; provides for DOE administration, plan approval, technical assistance, & reporting; provides for grants to school districts & disbursement thereof; authorizes credit toward high school graduation & scholarship community service requirements, etc. Creates 1003.497. APPROPRIATION: $2,000,000.
