GENERAL BILL by Constantine
Money Transmitters' Code [EPCC]; authorizes circuit court to order receivership & restitution of money as remedies for persons injured due to violation of code; provides that violation of any law enforced by Financial Regulation Office is also violation of said code; defines terms "check" & "engage in deferred presentment transaction"; provides that person commits felony of third degree if he or she attempts to collect on said transaction, etc. Amends Ch. 560.
