Windstorm Loss Mitigation/Premium Discounts Study [RPCC]; requires Fla. Building Commission to conduct study that updates evaluation of loss relativities & resulting discounts, credits, & rate differentials for properties on which fixtures or construction techniques demonstrated to reduce amount of loss in windstorm have been installed or implemented; requires commission to deliver final report on results of its study to certain state officials on or before specified date, etc.
