Lake Jesup Restoration [RPCC]; requires DEP, St. Johns River WMD, FWC, & City of Sanford to develop plan concerning progress of commission's project to restore aquatic habitats in Lake Jesup; requires commission to report to Legislature concerning development of plan; provides that acquisition of site to dispose of muck from project is conservation & restoration acquisition under Fla. Forever program; encourages state agencies to help fund removal of muck from lake.
