Health Insurance/Small Employers [EPCC]; creates Healthy Fla. Small Employer Program for purpose of making health insurance available to small employers; requires employer to pay certain portion of employee premiums; provides for reimbursement of claims paid by small employee carriers from Healthy Fla. Small Employer Stop-Loss Trust Fund & for management & disbursement of moneys from trust fund; requires small employee carriers to submit plans & claims data to OIR, etc. Amends 627.6699. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000.
