Nursing Homes/Emergency Power System [SPCC]; provides legislative intent; requires AHCA to implement pilot program to increase emergency electrical power capacity of nursing home facilities; provides criteria for participation in program; provides conditions for reimbursement of participating facilities; requires facilities to comply with current codes & standards when modifying emergency electrical power systems, etc. Creates 400.0627.
