Elderly Persons/Disabled Adult/Abuse [LPCC]; reclassifies offense of aggravated abuse of elderly person or disabled adult from second-degree felony to first-degree felony; amends provision re offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code, to conform; creates provisions re training on identifying & investigating elder abuse for certified law enforcement officers to require that training be completed by time certain, etc. Amends 825.102, 921.0022; creates 943.17296.
