GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Constantine

Missing Persons [LPCC]; requires law enforcement agencies to process reports of missing persons under age of 26 in manner similar to that of missing child reports; requires that certain acts be undertaken by law enforcement agency after such persons have been missing more than 90 days; requires Missing Children Information Clearinghouse to collect & process information re missing persons under age of 26, etc. Amends 937.021,.022.
