GENERAL BILL by Justice
Water Supply [RPCC]; creates part VII of ch. 373, re water supply policy, planning, production, & funding; provides for powers & duties of WMD governing bds.; requires DEP to develop Fla. water supply plan & WMD governing bds. to develop water supply plans for their respective regions; authorizes West Coast Regional Water Supply Authority & its member govts. to reconstitute authority's governance & rename authority under voluntary interlocal agreement, etc. Amends FS.
