SB 2892: Minority Physician Networks [SPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Dawson
Minority Physician Networks [SPCC]; provides deadline for AHCA to develop & expand minority physician networks in each service area to provide services to Medicaid recipients who are eligible to participate under federal law & rules; requires that DOH work with provider service networks & Medicaid HMOs to increase proportion of health care professionals from minority backgrounds. Amends 409.912.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
