Citizens Property Insurance Corporation [EPCC]; provides additional legislative intent re corporation; prohibits certain persons from accepting things of value from persons or entities having or under consideration for contact with corporation; provides penalties for accepting such things of value or for accepting gifts or expenditures. Amends 627.351.
