GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Lifeline Telecommunications Service [RPCC]; directs eligible telecommunications carriers to provide specified information re Lifeline service to members of Legislature; requires certain state agencies to automatically enroll eligible consumer in Lifeline service with appropriate eligible telecommunications carrier; requires PSC, DCFS, & Public Counsel Office to enter into memorandum of understanding re automatic enrollment of consumers in Lifeline services, etc. Amends 364.10.
