Criminal Offenses Against Elderly [LPCC]; provides for reclassification of felonies committed against elderly or disabled; provides for reclassification of misdemeanors committed against persons 65 years of age or older; provides for mandatory term of imprisonment for certain thefts against persons 65 years of age or older; provides for mandatory term of imprisonment for certain acts of exploitation against elderly person or disabled adult, etc. Creates 775.0847; amends FS.
