SB 294: Code of Ethics/Public Employees [LPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Code of Ethics/Public Employees [LPCC]; provides for provisions of code which prohibit doing business with one's agency, prohibit conflicting employment or contractual relationships, & limit permissible representations following termination of office or employment to apply to officers & employees of quasi-public entities; provides for procedure against certain complaints filed with malicious intent against quasi-public officers or employees, etc. Amends Ch. 112, 420.5061.
