LOCAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Fasano
Clearwater/Property Uses/Pinellas Co. [RPCC]; ratifies certain uses of property granted to city by state; provides for limited private use of certain undeveloped submerged portions of property if city received application on or before December 31, 2006, & determines that use is consistent with laws governing management of sovereignty submerged lands by Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund; provides for referendum for certain changes in use, etc.
