SB 320: Trespass/Posted Land/Railroads [EPCC]
GENERAL BILL by King
Trespass/Posted Land/Railroads [EPCC]; provides that property that is owned or leased by railroad or railway company does not have to satisfy definition of "posted land" in order to obtain benefits of specified provisions in certain circumstances; reenacts provision re trespass on property other than structure or conveyance, for purpose of incorporating amendment in reference thereto. Amends 810.011; reenacts 810.09(1)(a).
