Community Associations [EPCC]; specifies that requirements re acquisition & maintenance of adequate insurance apply to all residential condominiums; provides that common expenses include costs of certain insurance or self-insurance; requires notice of special assessments for certain insurance; requires additional disclosures in contracts for sale or lease of residential units; revises certain requirements for reserve accounts, etc. Amends FS.
