Community Associations [EPCC]; provides that any applicant or fund participant may select agent of choice without restriction by fund; specifies that requirements re acquisition & maintenance of adequate insurance apply to all residential condominiums; requires additional disclosures in contracts for sale or lease of residential units; provides for notice of special assessments levied in conjunction with certain insurance, etc. Amends Chs. 718, 719, 720, 215.555, 624.462
