Official Orchestra of the State of Florida [RPCC]; provides criteria for designation as "Official Orchestra of the State of Florida"; requires Florida Arts Council to review applications for & make designation recommendations to Secretary of State; provides requirements for retaining designation; requires Secretary of state to make designations & to remove designations under certain circumstances; authorizes Cultural Affairs Div. of Dept. of State to adopt rules. Creates 265.2867.
