GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation ; Peaden
Rural Health Care [SPCC]; revises provisions governing area health education center network; revises purpose & functions of Rural Health Office in DOH; requires Secretary of Health & Secretary of AHCA to appoint advisory council to advise said office; specifies purposes of capital improvement grants for rural hospitals; requires AHCA to pay certain physicians a bonus for Medicaid physician services provided within rural county, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $19,860,475.
