Ads/False, Deceptive, Misleading [EPCC]; prohibits person, in advertising or conducting live musical performance, from using false, deceptive, or misleading statement of affiliation, connection, or association between performing person or group & recording person or group; authorizes Legal Affairs Dept. or state attorney to file civil action for injunctive relief against any person or group violating act; authorizes court to impose civil penalty, etc. Creates 817.4115.
