Hurricane Preparedness/Tax Exemption; provides exemption from sales & use tax for sales of certain tangible personal property for certain period; provides exception for sales within certain facilities; authorizes DOR to adopt certain rules; provides for reversion & reappropriation of certain unexpended balance. APPROPRIATION: $277,540.
