Organ & Tissue Donation [SPCC]; provides for donation by joining donor registry; provides for authorization of anatomical donations by notations on driver's license or ID card; provides for administration of donor registry by specified nonprofit corporation rather than by state agency; designates Joshua Abbott Organ & Tissue Donor Registry; authorizes revocation of anatomical gift by donor through removal of his or her name from donor registry, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $607,000.
