GENERAL BILL by Skidmore ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sachs ; Taylor, P ; Lopez-Cantera ; Roberson, Y ; Bucher

Patients' Right-to-Know Act; provides that information concerning nursing care for patients be made available to public; provides criteria for staffing schedules of nursing personnel & daily census for patient-care units; requires each hospital to make staffing levels & schedules available to public for certain period of time; provides rights for hospital employees; authorizes AHCA to inspect & audit certain books & records of hospital, etc. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
